Q: What are the payment modes?

 

There are 2 modes of payment:

(1) PayPal

(2) Bank Transfer - DBS current  account  002-007678-0

 

Kindly quote your Order ID during the payment.

 

Once transaction has been verified, we will confirm the delivery date & time with you via email.

 

Q: Is there any delivery charge?

 

Delivery is free for all orders above S$400.00/-.

 

For orders below S$400.00/-, a delivery charge of S$40.00 will apply. (All prices are subjected to 7% GST.)

 

 

Q: How long does delivery take?

 

Most orders will be processed and delivered within 2 working days. Some orders may take up to 7 working days due to stock availability & payment issues.

 

 

Q: Can I self-collect the products?

 

If you will like to do a self-collection, please make your order offline by calling 63674158 for assistance. 

 

Most orders will take 1-2 working days (up to 7 working days) to be ready for collection.

 

Collection point is at Blk 18, Marsiling Industrial Estate, Road 9, #01-04, Singapore 739173.

 


Q: How do I know if my order is confirmed?

 

A confirmation email will be sent to you after payment has been made and fully processed. A copy of the invoice will also be provided for your reference.

 

Q: Can I return or exchange the purchased product(s) later on?

 

Customers are encouraged to check the goods against the delivery order before signing on it. 

 

Once customers acknowledge that goods have been received in good order and condition, a return or exchange of product(s) will not be possible.

 

 

Q: Can I have my purchases shipped overseas?

 

Our products are currently only distributed locally, i.e. deliveries are made only within Singapore.

 

For international shipping, please write to us at contact@everlitpackaging.com & we will be able to respond to you with the current shipping rates.
